Need help with selecting a desktop.

Needs to have;

500 Gb
XP Pro Operating system a must. NO VISTA!
22" monitor
Dvd burner
At least 6 USB inputs.
I got about $1000.

I ordered a Dell 530 and I've had TWO defective units send to me, the third one is on the way, but I have lost faith in Dell.

I just got a Inspiron 530 Quad Core with their better 22", which won editor's choice on CNET (display only). I'm happy with it, even with Vista SP1. I got the nVidia 256mb upgrade as well - the aero interface is great. I added a 750GB drive (for 1.25 TB total). HP is also nice, but costs maybe 20% or so more for the same specs. I actually like Dell's monitor better than HP's (and even Apple's).
