Image display problem on tickets.com

So when I try to buy tickets on www.tickets.com, I can't get past the page where all the numbers come up for me to type in to prove that I'm not an automated progam for the reason that the numbers are not displayed.

It's like on Ticketmaster, where you have to type in a word, except it's numbers, and I can't see them on my PC (only on my Mac, which I have to take to a Wifi place).

And I've tried browsers besides IE, like Firefox and Opera and it is not displayed on any of those either. So is there something I can download that will enable my computer to display that image?
