Google Music Beta: Something Fishy
I received a Google Music Beta invitation last month. I set it up to upload my iTunes library, but then I thought I had disabled it after uploading a few hundred tracks.
I opened Google Music Beta today for the first time in a couple of weeks. Somehow it had uploaded all 11,000+ tracks in my iTunes library, over 110 GB of data. I am on Comcast, so I checked my internet usage for last month. My total was 70 GB, of which over 40 GB I can easily account for. So how is it exactly that Google Music Beta managed to upload 110+ GB of music files without using any additional bandwidth? Weird. |
