Flash player is being a bugger

So I'm a total computer spaz and I have a problem, hope someone can help. Everything was going fine until a couple of days ago when the man was playing around and now doesn't know what he's done wrong. . . . Now whenever I go into Youtube or something like that I'm being told that I don't have Adobe Flash player. I've tried to re-install it and it says it's successful but it still keeps telling me the same thing, grrrr. It's only a problem in Explorer, when I go into Firefox everything seems to be fine.

Have you rebooted your computer yet? Some installations require that to fully install

yep, and I tried un-installing and re-installing too
