You could be right. But Breaking Bad ended in September 2013 and then won everything in sight at the Emmys in July 2014. So that was almost a year later. Just sayin.

The counterpoint to that would be BB had already been a favorite amongst Emmy voters unlike BCS. Still, there is precedent for a show winning well after its curtain closed.

Squid Game also came out in september of last year and just won a bunch of awards. i'm optimistic for bcs.
