What, they don't have an icon for that?

The post wasn't edited. If it had been, there would be a little tag at the end of it saying so, as you all know--even if a mod edited it.

You can postpone all you want, and there may be a smaller cushion between old and new administrations, but on Jan. 20, 2005 a president will be sworn in.

It is implied!!!!!

Don't worry Americans!!
The world will take care of you if that madman gets too much power!

If he cancels the elections and declares emergency powers or whatever then the US wouldn't be a democracy anymore and GW would be a dictator. Then he'd be a dictator with WMD. Then we'd go to the UN. Then there'd be some country who has a dodgy deal under the table with GW who would block any resolution (probably the UK) so France would put together a coalition and they'd invade outside of the UN to save the poor American people (starting with control of Texas oil fields, the Hollywood entertainment industry and then the Microsoft and Coke HQ's). There'd be pictures of French troops smoking cigarettes in the oval office. There'd be a deck of cards with the faces of GW, Rumsfeld, Cheney, Wolfowitz, but they would disappear into Mexico. The country would be run by the French, whose troops would keep getting shot at by all those crazy American gun owners who said they didn't like the foreign force in their country.
But it'd all work out in the end.
