There are a lot of interesting names floating around. Its actually sort of exciting. I believe Rumsfeld should stay on for at least a year and quit. It would be good for the overall adminstration but I'm afraid of the idea of Wolfowitz taking over that position.
The man everybody loves to hate- Ashcroft- will be leaving as attorney general. Condi Rice hints leaving but I really doubt it. However, I do think she is done with being the NSA. I REALLY hope Powell stays. IMO he is the voice of reason. IMO, with Rumsfeld rumored to be on the outs, I would hope he considered staying.
IMO, Cheney should also probably retire in a year or two and allow for another person to be a VP. I'm not saying this will happen (very unlikely) but I would think with the election done and over with, his past heart problems, and the Haliburton specter always hanging over the administration, Cheney should consider it. Also, it would open up a potential successor/ candidate for the future election.
