When are you seeing U2?

The friendliest place on the web for anyone that follows U2.
If you have answers, please help by responding to the unanswered posts.
Just a request not to move this thread, even though it's not enetirely relevent there is a bit of an FYM community ~ I would like a more informal bit of chit chat.

Anyhow I would hope to be seeing them in Australia, Melbourne shows ~ I will see about tickets, I would imagine that I will get the type of seats a part-time worker / university student can get.

Sorry to be silly - stage left Edge looking at it our stage left Adam looking to the audience? Is that LOGE 14?

I'm glad you started this drhark - I was wondering where the FYM'ers were going to be too! :)

First Leg:
Boston May 24 - expensive LOGE seats - Adam side right before the very back.
I'm still working on Boston 2 & 3. I am pretty sure I have a balcony seat - Edge side for Boston 3

Third Leg:
Boston October 3 - 1 behind the stage nosebleed
Boston October 4 - my best seats! 7th row Edge side in best section
Boston Dec. 5 - pair Balcony Adam side
(also have a pair of Edge side that I want to exchange for May or Dec 4)
Hartford Dec 7 - GA's

I wasn't able to get tix to DC so I don't know what i'm gonna do.

I'm trying to get DC tickets, too--an opportunity to combine visiting family with seeing U2. I'll let you know if I come up with anything.

dear god that makes my day!!!

i won't be seeing them this tour. :( tickets for the first leg proved impossible for me to get, and the third leg was not financially viable. i'm glad i got to see them twice last tour...probably the only chance i will get.

I'm not nearly as wowed by this setlist as others seem to be but whatever. I'm generally not one of the setlist whiners--at least not publicly.

I saw the setlist. I'm a little surprised that the opening song is COBL and not Vertigo. But I'm not picky about setlists, it looks really good!

An Cat Dubh and Electric Co. Wow.

Tomorrow! The first show of the tour, in San Diego, Ca. I'll be there early in the day, around 3 PM to check out the party goers in the parking lot of the SD sports arena. Can't wait....i'll let you guys how it went. My tickets are right next to the stage, good times!!!!!!

Regarding the songs to be played, in their last tour they played "Out of Control", you can imagine what reaction this created for the long time fans of U2....we went crazy and the venue ROCKED!

I wish I were. I have a new credit card for the occasion. U2 and legal fees. I haven't owed on a credit card for eight years, but oh well. Plus I had 2 years worth of Christmas bonus cash stored so that paid for an expensive show and a little more.

I keep telling myself I can sell tix for the fall leg if I stress about it.

I was lucky enough to get my GA lottery ticket for the first Vancouver show so that should be wicked.

And I'm going to the second show with a lower level seat towards the back of the arena, row 8. 2 perspectives of the show should be interesting but I would rather be on the floor.
