I think you're gonna get your wish... McCain's nuts, Rudy's waaay overrated and Huckabee's never going to gain broad support. I'd say there's probably a 95% chance that a Dem gets the big show. That said, I sure hope it doesn't turn you into a bunch of hypocrits. When the war stretches into the 8th year, and the new POTUS is saying "stay the course" you won't be able to blame those evil republicans anymore. You're gonna have to let 'er rip with that righteous anger of yours.

IF, and this is a big if, but IF there were a candidate of a different party that I believed was more worthy of my vote than a Democratic candidate, you can bet I would vote for them. This year I don't see that happening.

I don't vote blindly contrary to popular opinion, it just so happens to be that yes, I vote democrat consistently because the democrats consistently support my ideology.

Aligning yourself with a party is one thing, aligning yourself to the extent that it becomes a part of your online identity? I mean how can one not fairly reason that you are gonna vote democrat no matter what? I would rather vote blindly contrary to popular opinion rather than blindly with popular opinion. Actually, I would never vote blindly.

And what ideology do Hilary, Obama or Edwards actually espouse other than that of following the will of public opinion?

It's just a random internet nickname not meant to be taken so literally that it's an identity and a vote and thought predictor- unfortunately I'm not really married to Bruce Springsteen either .
