They want Bernie so bad because it’s their easiest platform to run on. It’s also easy if the economy crashes before the election to say “a socialist can’t save you.” If the economy crashes and they’re up against a Biden, there’s no clear argument to be made (logical or illogical).

I for one think they’re flat out wrong and it’ll backfire in their face.

Yeah? Like maybe he sexually assaulted dozens of women and had shady ties to organized crime?

Opposition files really do matter these days.

Bernie made some pretty sexist and quite frankly disturbing comments in the past. JC is a dyed deep liberal and he said Bernie can’t win. I would much rather run against Bernie than The killer Bees of Biden, Bloomberg, and Mayor Pete B.

Why because Bernie is so far out there, so excitable, so easy to fluster and his supporters have had some bad behaviors I can run Trump as Centre Right and To the average US Voter he seems the safe choice as long as the economy is strong and we are not at war

It's mostly old shit but Bernie had some pretty crazy thoughts that he's put in writing over the years.

Some of the stuff in this thread is horse shit but some of it is pretty coocoo

James Carville the best political mind of our time. Man I don’t agree with him ideologically (I am A Republican) but man to study him is a masters course in political gold. The team of Carville, Begala, Mcauliffe Emmanuel were masters. Hell if there weren’t term limits Bill would still be president. In college circa 94 I interned for the house Republicans, they were the enemy but I ate up everything they wrote. True political athletes ,

So, Michael Bloomberg’s campaign manager’s spin on the deepest possible digging that billions of dollars could do.

Bernie Sanders, citing a medical study at the time, said that fewer orgasms could cause cancer. THAT IS SEXIST TO YOU??! Jeez dude. How desperate is the opposition? You can feel free to argue 50 year old medical arguments are incorrect. You can even suggest they’re biased in a patriarchy and Bernie Sanders is or was involved in said patriarchy. To call this sexist is ridiculous.

While I think your general sentiment towards republicans is fair but I don’t know if it’s fair to automatically assume this fella is sexist just because he wears a republican jersey.

Some people mightn’t be champions of gender rights and human rights in general, doesn’t make them necessarily sexist.

I guess my point here is that I hate political parties, they’re nothing more than sports teams. Missouri football sucks but whether or not all of their fans suck is probably respective to the fan.
 
We can agree to disagree I find it if not sexist Uber creepy. But I feel it is.

So latest polls from South Carolina

Bottom 2 were taken over a time period that was half before the debate and endorsement, half after.
The top 2 were taken following both the debate and endorsement.

Can see Biden moving up, Steyer moving down and Bernie steady - I didn't include Warren but she dropped fro m 12 to 5 over that same time period. So looks like people are moving almost directly from Steyer and Warren to Biden. They lost a combined 12 points and Joe up about 12.
I'm guessing Steyer loses more on election day as people step in the booth...

Eugene Robinson saying that spending the day at a University, they weren't seeing the same generational divide with Biden and Bernie here.

Could be quite a night for Biden.

Also favored to win half the Super Tuesday states. Amy, Pete, Steyer and Warren are favored to win in none.

Amy and Pete deserved better. But maybe they didn't earn it.

We'll all be watching the Democrat party on Tuesday night.
