I don't understand why Hillary Clinton wants to play right into Trump's hands and give him crap to tweet to his base by making those comments about any candidate. Not helpful.

Meanwhile....massive cleanup needed in aisle 1600

Yeah, there is definitely something strange. How did Bernie ever get tangled up in her shit last time?

from CNN contributer:
“Tulsi Gabbard has attracted a very strange following. She was endorsed earlier this year by David Duke, the former head of the Ku Klux Klan. She’s been a favorite of far-right groups and Holocaust deniers and an odd menagerie of far-right supporters, and much of their support for her has been amplified. There have been nights after certain debates where her name was the most searched term on Google, there’s been some odd digital activity. Hillary Clinton didn’t just make this up, and I hate to disagree with my friend Van Jones, but the reality is that there has been some real evidence out there that there’s something peculiar going on with that campaign.”

What’s your take on Mick Mulvaney’s admittance?

He said it was quid pro quo, that’s against the law. It should be handled accordingly. Donald Trump can’t get out of his own way, so to speak. It’s because he’s a narcissist, a self involved buffoon, who has to be the center of attention.

At the same time, IMO, I have agreed with many of his policies regarding business, the economy, the UN, handling foreign affairs. It was completely the right thing for the US to make others at the UN step up, and not be “a bank” for the rest of the world , and showing more force and not blinking with dictators is definitely a better strategy than bowing and kow towing to every request.

I am not a Republican but an independent conservative, but I wish Trump would either step down, or just not run in 2020.

I think Nikki Haley will be our first female a President, in 2024, but I wish she was the candidate in 2020.

Gotta say i'm pretty disappointed in Mayor Pete.
He started out as being the young, progressive choice. But when he saw he wasn't going to be able to pull that many from Bernie or Warren, He decided he would switch up his whole deal and be the moderate one... Seems pretty disingenuous.

Here's one example of his stance on taxes for universal healthcare waaaaaaay back in debate number 2. This is what he hammered Warren about just two debates later.

i think once biden started to look weak he/his team thought that it was because people think biden's too old, so that if buttigieg adopted his platform the voters who have a problem with biden's age would move over to him. seems like people are sort of seeing through that tactic though.

I get ya.

Buttigieg is impressive, though. Another one who's had to throw elbows to get more attention.

Oh Tulsi

I had some inklings about Yang and bubbling support from the Reddit/4Chan swamp-donkeys. Was also surprised with his straight-from-Trump statement about "we meddle in elections too". The next day Maddow had him on and asked him what elections did the US meddle in . He couldn't name one. She asked, well you must know some that you feel concerned about... And still nothin. Not sure what's going on with this guy.

I didn't know most of this.
Hinduism is a venerable religion, but the BJP? No thanks! I don't know enough of India's history to know when Islamists took over parts of the more northern sections, while southern Indian is way more Hindu.

Unfortunately, the more extreme groups in both religions have been maiming and murdering each other for decades. :(
