Will you stop with this?!!! We've seen you copy/paste this post a dozen times. It's not about perfection. Did you even read her post? She's laughing at this narcissist claiming numbers that can't reflect any of his economic policies.

And there is no way in hell any Trump voter can accuse anyone of hypocrisy.

BVS remember when Obama got elected and the tone was lets come together?
Trump won and the attitude was not my president.

Trump claiming the latest Jobs report is ridiculous Ill freely admit that. What I was getting at was so far everything he's doing has come under scrutiny. Some of it is justified but not all of it.

what are your thoughts on the right-wing groups that threatened to march *armed* on washington if clinton had won?

as far as i've seen none of these "violent leftists" you seem so concerned with have been threateningly carrying AR-15s in any of these protests or marches.

Who is talking about politicians?

I'm talking about the many of us sane individuals, who value children's lives more than your right to own a gun. If looking at my 15-month-old son and thinking that he's more valuable than your weapon makes me rabid, sure, I'm rabid.

That is fine and I respect that. I feel that the right to protect my family is equally just as important. We had a family friend who lived out in the farm lands on a animal preserve in South Africa. They were the victims of a home invasion. 5 men came in beat both her and her husband up and tied them up. 1 of the men lead her up stairs and raped her. He was looking for valuables and opened up a box with her dogs ashes in it. She went after him and the man beat her to the point her brain swelled and she was bleeding internally. They brought the husband up there and left them. He watched his wife die in front of his eyes. The wife was a close friend of our family.

Now that being said that was South Africa not the US but I would never ever want to have something like that happen to my family so yes I do value protecting my family from harm. Do I believe in things like guns everywhere is acceptable? No but you can't take away a persons right to protect themselves and their loved ones in the name of saving others. Its trading one life possibly for another.

sure thing, rambo. you're gonna shoot 5 people invading your home in the middle of the night. we got jack fucking bauer over here.

If Clinton overstepped her power yes. If she just did things to piss of the right no.

But this is just such a ridiculous statement.

Why not pull up some even more violent story, say from Zimbabwe or maybe the Congo and we can then live in paranoid fear that it can happen at any moment here.

Is this how bad things are in the US that you have roving raping gangs breaking into homes?

See? This is hypocrisy. The right for eight years said not my president, he's a Muslim, he'll the motherf**ker you just put in the office spent most of that time calling him illegitimate and demanded a birth certificate.

So don't you dare lecture anyone on hypocrisy.

Then if you freely admit that then your whole post was just because, and personal. Talk about hypocrisy.

Thanks for making a joke out of losing a family friend to an extremely violent death....I hope you got your jollies out of that.

i'm making a joke out of your idea that you think you'd be able to prevent that happening to you. that's fucking absurd. just a macho rambo-wannabe fantasy. i'm sorry about your loss but even if your friends were armed to the teeth it clearly would have made zero difference, except for now the criminals also got their hands on an arsenal too. how the fuck do you expect to shoot back if you get woken up in the middle of the night by getting beaten and tied up? come on. you're living in fantasyland.

Violent crime exists in the US no? Sometimes at the same level as what is going on in Africa.

And how is it a ridiculous statement? And we've friends in Zimbabwe who have had to move because of Mugabe's thugs so if you want to talk about the basketcase of Africa Ill gladly discuss it.

i stand corrected on that then. i hadn't seen anything like that photo.

but i'm talking about the people that were saying they were marching on washington with weapons, not because of what she would do, but strictly if she was *elected*, with the heavy implication that they were bringing these weapons to do something about changing that result. these kind of redneck losers: U.S. militia girds for trouble as presidential election nears | Reuters

trump himself openly implied to his supporters at one of his rallies that if she wins she should be shot, ffs. absolutely nothing at all like that kind of language was coming from the left.

Dave.

I'm sorry if I jumped your case. That is a very touchy subject as we still have friends in the part of the world.

I agree with you even if they were armed they may not have made it to their gun in time but then again maybe they might have? You just don't know or me for that matter

I am not saying I would pull a Rambo but if my family is being threatened I'd protect them even at the cost of my own life. South Africa has very strict gun control and its very difficult for home owners to defend themselves. Sometimes the police don't arrive for hours.....And they lived out in the boonies.

The defense they have is hiding behind fences and high walls.

Yeah those kind of people don't represent me. There is a big difference in picking up arms in defense against tyranny and threatening to march because the other side won.

I said before I voted for Obama and I was pretty disgusted with the tactics of the right. Actually come to think of the birth certificate crap left me pretty disgusted with Trump for a while.

You seem to think I was one of those people calling him illegitimate? Is that what your saying? If yes then you would be incorrect.

You also seem to forget I don't blindly follow Trump. I liked some of his policies and some I didn't....That seems to keep going over your head

I don't think you understand my point at all.

You want everyone to come together around the President.

Who is a man who had denigrated, insulted, sexually assaulted, slandered and threatened people who belong to various minority groups.

A man who seems to exclusively see colour and gender.

So now you seem to think that it is incumbent on members of those minority groups who feel afraid and unsafe in their own skin and their own nation to COME TOGETHER instead of demanding that this man-child start behaving like a dignified adult.

That's really insulting. You voted for him. You tacitly approve of him groping women, walking into change rooms to ogle naked minor girls, slandering various minorities and an entire world religion, and so on. A vote = tacit approval. You may not like it, but fact's a fact. You did not find ANY of these things objectionable enough to withhold your vote. Nobody said you had to vote for Hillary instead. You chose to support him. Now you get to live with more than half the country thinking that you're no better than him. Sucks, eh?

Great post and you perfectly articulated what I wanted to say.

Trump has made statements about launching a technological assault on disease. Imagine a Private-Public Apollo Program to find the cure for Cancer by 2025.

If there is a silver lining to Trump he has the cleanest Jersey of any recent President when it comes to taking money from Big-Pharma. That Bully Pulpit (Twitter Account) could come in handy attacking the bi-partisan Pharma connections.

Recently Elon Musk has made a few positive statements towards Trump. Tweeting that "it is important to read the schematics, than to hear about the schematics from a secondary source" Paraphrasing a message that seemed to want to diffuse the hysteria over the travel ban. Bill Gates himself said he could be Kennedyesque. The great altruistic innovators of our time can be empowered by Trump untying their hands to go after the big ideas.

Medical costs will sink our government. Trump is accelerating the Private sector's ability to bring down costs through technology. (The ACA taxed Medical Device companies) Outflanking the traditional Healthcare arguments. Could be an exciting time.

Trump, Gates, Musk could be the true Globalists gifting the world new technology to save lives. Makes me hopeful.

Re reading it yes it is but in the end if most of American throws me in with him because I voted for him over Clinton.....Well that is on them. I personally don't care Clinton didn't represent me as I've said but some of Trump's policies did and I voted for Trump over that.

And I find it a little one sided when they focus on Trump's pussy comment which I admit was disgusting but what about Clinton laughing about getting a rapist off? Or destroying numerous women's lives who spoke out against her husband.

There always seems to be some reason for explaining that away.

yes, keeping peace in Europe, protecting worker rights, the environment, food, health, safety, shared scientific research, drug research, etc. etc. etc. etc. has been sooooo soooooo terrible

The socialism here in Europe is what folks leaning towards the right in the US seem to abhor.

I've spent nearly 20 years total in the US before moving to Germany a couple of years ago. The differences are stark.

I don't see this going well with all of his anti-science buddies and supporters.

But I'm all for it, if he's serious.

So how come trump was so quick to mention the attack in France today in a tweet but not one mention of the Quebec mosque shootings? Could it be that one involved a white suprimiciat and one a Muslim? Can you justify this trump supporters? And ps on trumps Twitter someone asked this question and a trump supporters replied by saying that the mosque attack happened in another country so it was non of trumps concern! I guess I didn't know that France is part of the USA lol.

I have no clue how you got that from that post.

I see you bending over backwards to defend him, and yes blindly.

You voted for that hypocrisy, you voted for the poster boy of that hypocrisy.

Then you attacked someone for what you later admitted was a legitimate post. Something is wrong with you if you don't see this.

That seems like a continuation of the "cancer moonshot" that Obama implemented with Joe Biden. Cancer treatment in this country has come a long way in a short time. The new immunotherapy drugs are very promising. If he can follow through on that, it would be great. I am skeptical however, as he is surrounding himself with people who are anti-science.

Making sure that all Americans have access to healthcare on a regular basis is also extremely important in bringing down costs. Early intervention for diabetes, heart disease and cancer saves lives and money. It's just that for many Americans, it's cost prohibitive to seek regular medical care.

Oregoropa, you owe this guy a beer. He made your lie is the same thing as a mispronunciation post not the most ridiculous post of the day. And believe me, that one would have normally held that record for a month. [emoji481]

Even the best of us screw up when speaking extemporaneously. Remember when Obama said we had 57 states? Or when he pronounced Navy Corpsman as Corpse-Man twice in a teleprompter speech? (That was rough)

Not gonna post the videos, as long as you trust me they exist.

You're actually comparing THIS to mispronouncing something?

He called Trudeau within a few hours of the attack to express condolences. I believe, before the authorities had even narrowed down who the suspect was.
