He doesn't look so bored here...poor guy. If he weren't our president and just your average sports fan I wouldn't mind him.
Not that I defend this yahoo at all, but that picture is totally photoshopped.
Look at the edges... looks pasted together to me...don't you think?

dedicated to good ole "dubya"

I used to rule the world
Seas would rise when I gave the word
Now in the morning I sleep alone
Sweep the streets I used to own

I used to roll the dice
Feel the fear in my enemies eyes
Listen as the crowd would sing:
"Now the old king is dead! Long live the king!"

One minute I held the key
Next the walls were closed on me
And I discovered that my castles stand
Upon pillars of salt, and pillars of sand

I hear Jerusalem bells are ringing
Roman Cavalry choirs are singing
Be my mirror my sword and shield
My missionaries in a foreign field
For some reason I can't explain
Once you know there was never, never an honest word
That was when I ruled the world
(Ohhh)

It was the wicked and wild wind
Blew down the doors to let me in.
Shattered windows and the sound of drums
People could not believe what I'd become
Revolutionaries Wait
For my head on a silver plate
just a puppet on a lonely string
Oh who would ever want to be king?

I hear Jerusalem bells are ringing
Roman Cavalry choirs are singing
Be my mirror my sword and shield
My missionaries in a foreign field
For some reason I can not explain
I know Saint Peter won't call my name
Never an honest word
And that was when I ruled the world
(Ohhhhh Ohhh Ohhh)

Hear Jerusalem bells are ringings
Roman Cavalry choirs are singing
Be my mirror my sword and shield
My missionaries in a foreign field
For some reason I can not explain
I know Saint Peter will call my name
Never an honest word
But that was when I ruled the world
Oooooh Oooooh Oooooh

Looking at at the images and antics of the last few days in the life of W

could lead one to believe that we have a text book example of alcohol related 'arrested development'.

This is the poem that reminds me of Dubya and his henchmen, by Shelley:

OZYMANDIAS

I met a traveller from an antique land
Who said: Two vast and trunkless legs of stone
Stand in the desert. Near them on the sand,
Half sunk, a shatter'd visage lies, whose frown
And wrinkled lip and sneer of cold command
Tell that its sculptor well those passions read
Which yet survive, stamp'd on these lifeless things,
The hand that mock'd them and the heart that fed.
And on the pedestal these words appear:
"My name is Ozymandias, king of kings:
Look on my works, ye Mighty, and despair!"
Nothing beside remains: round the decay
Of that colossal wreck, boundless and bare,
The lone and level sands stretch far away.

Whatever. Have your fun.

You can go on saying what you will about Bush, but you all will be sorry when the man leaves office in January.

I couldn't even say that with a straight face. According to the Bush countdown clock on my Facebook, there is currently 161 days, 1 hour and 6 minutes left.

Nope. There's a video. It happened. Another frat-boy-as-President moment.

What the hell do you expect? Any straight man that couldnt resist a quick look would be lying! If you've ever watched beach vollyball you'd know that they give eachother signals, much like a baseball catcher to his pitcher, so whos to say he was'nt trying to read signals!

It's kind of like in a locker room. You're curious, you want to look, but you don't, especially if you're TPOTUS and you're being filmed.

In any case, it has been explained to me (and probably everyone knows this by now) that the girl turned around and offered the President the opportunity to smack her butt which is apparently a volleyball tradition. So I give him credit for the awkward smack on the lower back instead of going for the butt. Still, he just always appears so embarrassingly undignified.

Classy, eh? You'd like to think an Olympic athlete would have more of a sense of dignity about their status than that but I guess not...
