Yea! That is great news. I thought it interesting that if the gov't would eliminate mileage restrictions exceptions on SUV's it would same 20B in oil usage. Much more than we can get from Alaska.

I was very glad to read some good news today.

while this is definitely good it will not go far in helping white house-sussex street relations.
issues like this, general animosity and indifference between the two, and the chretien governments waffling on the iraqi conflict, i would not be surprised if bush's early may visit to ottawa is cancelled-if it hasn't been already. when the story first broke, it was seemingly contingent on canada's involvement, but i haven't heard anything since. that's if it hasnt been cancelled because of the war itself
