Rotary Group Study Exchange?

Anybody know anything about the Rotary Foundation Group Study Exchange?

I've been approached to apply for a trip early next year and am looking for any advice.

All I know is that this summer they did some huge exchange at my school (used our classrooms and dorms really) and my friend who cleaned the dorms this summer said they basically partied the entire week (some were coming home, some going off)

Party? I could handle that. This is supposed to be for an entire month though...(that's a lot of partying!)

That reminds me of Bono saying he was not a member of the Democratic party or the Republican party but he does like to party!
