I had a pint of Haagen Dazs light Dutch Chocolate this week, it was soooooooo good(all the taste, half the fat). No chance of getting pregnant though, so it's even better Chocolate is good for your brain too, so they say.

I don't quite understand how it can be "bad for me" to have more difficulty getting pregnant. I certainly don't mind! Pour on the skim baby!!!

Well I would assume it is for people who are trying to conceive and having difficulty, it can be emotionally wrenching. So I assume that is who the info is aimed at, if there's any scientific validity.
