reading great book

I'm reading a great book. It's called "My Forbidden Face". It's about a girl growing up under the Taliban. The preface is by Karenna Gore Schiff. Has anyone else read it?

I'm currently reading "Kabul Beauty School" by Deborah Rodriguez. Its about how she started a beauty school and salon in Kabul after the fall of the Taliban. It tells a lot about Afghan culture and what was life like under the Taliban.
Maybe when I'm done with this, I'll pick up what you're reading.
