Hmm, just thought it would be fun to do a thread about some great, or perhaps "great..." quotes in the news, or related.

This one caught my eye......

The president ducked questions about Brown's resignation. "Maybe you know something I don't know. I've been working," the president said to reporters on an inspection tour of damage in Gulfport, Miss.

He just didn't want to talk about Brown. I don't blame him, but he should have said something about the resignation. Something like "I accepted his resignation and appreciate his service" or something else political as hell............whatever he said, I guess it would have been political as hell, and that answer is political as hell. Any president would have said it.
