Found this interview with Clinton in it he goes over (briefly) his experience with dealing with Al Qaeda, Intelligence and Iraq.
He states that a good idea is to have a top secret doomsday group of top intelligence and counterterror people who can come up with possible attack scenarios and invent reponse guidelines. Its a good concept that has been floating around for years and if it isnt allready in place it really should be.
A very interesting point that he makes is that now that major conflict in Iraq is over the US has a stake in it's success and that if done carefully and properly at the very least a democratic Iraq would be good for the Iraqi people and may be an instigator of change in the wider Middle East, I do suggest people listen.
