Memo To Hillary: We Won't Get Fooled Again!
If Hillary Clinton runs for president in 2008, her key issue will be health care.
Universal, big government health care. Why should we oppose this measure? As any well-informed conservative or libertarian voter should know, this will serve the bleeding heart boneheads well by pointing the gun on the taxpayer and rapidly pushing this country towards socialism. The political establishment has been around since the beginning of time, and the left still doesn't realize that socialism is a failed system, and that the government can only offer so many handouts before the minority of hacks corrupt the system with abuses. Hillary will be on your TV screen promising to "give" you "free" health care. There is no such thing as free health care. Somebody has to pay for it, and it's not a freebie from the magic vault in Washington. It puts the burden on all of us without serving us any results. This is exactly how the Bolshevik Revolution started. That was a poisoned system for the average Soviet citizen. They handed out universal health care, and it bombed. They gave out free housing, often without heat. Young voters who don't have the inherent wisdom to read the fine print under the promises their socialist politicians make will hit the voting polls without knowing the difference between Mussolini and linguine. Hillary is making promises she can't keep - that her leftist handouts will "save" our health care system. If Mrs. Clinton is successful in getting her hands in our pants, she will pickpocket every integral, hardworking American who contributes a dedicated work ethic to keep this country strong and entrepreneurial, by wasting their hard-earned buck to treat such a case as reckless teens jumping off a two-story building, an old hippie crackpot who overdosed on coke, or perhaps a record high of illegal aliens injuring themselves crossing the border as they continue to bankrupt our hospitals by seeking emergency treatment during their pilgrimages. Why Canada is the envy of the left is beyond me. Their health care system is a nightmare. Canada has a shortage of doctors, nurses, and hospital beds on an ongoing basis, thanks to those who book the system by making appointments every time they have a mild cough. Their citizens flock into America to seek medical attention like an echelon of birds because of how slow their disastrous bureaucratic system works. They are forbidden under their Marxist system to customize their own health care plans. Remember when we had a shortage of vaccines not too long ago? This is precisely why excessive government equals corrupt government.
If universal health care is so great, show me where it's a better system than ours.
Where is the shorter waits, faster access to treatment, and greater freedom of choice? Where can you customize a health plan that is suitable for you? Where are the doctors and surgeons better? How about the medicines, where are they more sophisticated? I hate to break it to you, but such country does not exist. They aren't giving you a gift, they're taking away your freedom. If you're a heart patient, go ahead and head down to Cuba so that Dr. Fidel Castrato can perform open heart surgery. He's got inferior diagnostic tools, inferior surgical capabilities, long waiting lines, and hardly a dose of medicine on the shelves. If Hillary gets around her ignorance, she'll look back at the results from the 2004 presidential election. John Kerry and John Edwards were screaming "Health care! Health care!" and only eight percent of the turnout bought into it. How does Hillary expect to rip us off? With her new buddy Newt Gingrich, of course. Newt Gingrich is digging his own grave and yours as he assists this populist. Madam Hillary will probably tell us how apparently wonderful everything is in England. If that's so, then why, according to the World Health Organization, do 25,000 people die of unneccesary cancer every year there? Hillary is predictable, but if the anti-socialists play their cards right, she will have to try new tricks that suit her leftist agenda. If the right is gutless and fails, we will bankrupt not only our only medical system, but the economy as well. That's what happens when they go hand-in-hand. They collapse in a synchronized fashion like dominos. Those who live with their hands out will have trouble digesting the inalienable truth that no health care system can be perfected.
To get to the moral of the story, the moderate candidate is a fraud. Either it's a free-market capitalist or a bureaucratic socialist. There are no in-betweens. There is no such thing as a fiscal moderate, unless such a person has no direction in their economic views whatsoever. This is important, because you may get stuck with a Rudy Giuliani as your only faintly republican-leaning candidate in the next presidential election. He has no appeal to social conservatives. Even as a fiscal conservative, I don't want to have to choose between Hillary and Rudy. Hillary is probably going to sell her socialist "solution" to rampant abortion to decieve many religious pro-life voters. She may be a socialist, but that doesn't make her stupid. She will do everything the infanticidal lobby will let her get away with to appeal to faith-based voters. She knows that they will hit the polls if politicians sell them what they want to hear. Now that Hillary is going to spend a lot of time trying to appeal to religious voters, you have to remind yourself of the dangers of putting a socialist in office.
It takes years to recover after an administration abandons our national identity.
How will we recover if we have another Clinton in office? How many more illegals will cross the border when we give them record high welfare handouts under Hill-Rod? Will we all have to learn Spanish to assimilate to Hispanic culture as a result of Hillary's multi-culturalist delusions in order to "save America?" If Hillary follows the corrupt system of San Fransicko, how many sex change operations on transsexuals will taxpayers fund, again, in the name of civil rights? Her presidential bid has disaster written all over it, and I'm just getting started with the endless possibilities of potential, realistic catastrophes that may result in her victory for moral and economic decay. How much will our taxes increase if she succeeds in her proposition for universal health care? How far will it go? Will we, the taxpayers, be forced to fund abortion on demand like Canada's "envied" system? How long will we have to wait to get a doctor's appointment? Where will the heart patient turn to when the common cold whiners, the dope addicts, and the Jackass gangs fill up the "free" bureaucracy with their misfortunes as they unravel your wallet? His deathbed, that's where. Under universal health care, we are finished. Dead. Done. Who wins? Nobody. Not even the Jackass gang who probably needs their intestines reattached.
