Memo To Hillary: We Won't Get Fooled Again!

what a stupid article.

honestly, if that's not fascist i don't know what is.

i would absolutely go out of my mind if i lived in the states with their crazies.

canada's healthcare wails ass over america's any day of the week, how that's debatable is beyond me. so is spelling.

brutal.

'Hysterical gibberish' is what I'd place that article under.

No health care system is 100% perfect. Here in Australia it's in a constant state of review and political games, and all the Australians in here could rightfully come in and bitch for days, but geez, we are damn lucky compared to the US. That little green Medicare card is literally a life saver for many.

I'd have you banned from this forum just for this passage (except I know I can't do that). So what good Christian fundamentalist wrote this? David Duke?

Melon
This just goes to show how much you support the free flow of ideas.

If you want to be a bigot and start quoting rhetoric from white nationalist literature, go right ahead. But don't expect me to just nod my head in agreement. It's arguments like that that give Christianity a bad rap around the world.

And since people will think I'm a bad person for saying this next thing, I'll just quote from a fellow fundamentalist Christian here:

No, I don't think good works make a christian, but like it was said earlier, they're a product of a God-filled life! A person who was filled with the love of Christ wouldn't beat his girlfriend! Or at least he wouldn't do it continually.

Jesus does say that you will KNOW a christian by their fruits. This means that you can look at someone's life and judge them accordingly. Of course you shouldn't judge prematurely though. Jesus doesn't condemn us for judging though. He tells us to judge righteously.

If you earnestly believe that hateful shit, then I'm going to judge you righteously and say that you've failed as a Christian. Now repent and don't sin again.

What was bigoted about it?

Macfistowannabe, while you're here could you please provide the name of the author of piece you posted and where it was published (ie online, a magazine, newspaper etc).

How will we recover if we have another Clinton in office? How many more illegals will cross the border when we give them record high welfare handouts under Hill-Rod? Will we all have to learn Spanish to assimilate to Hispanic culture as a result of Hillary's multi-culturalist delusions in order to "save America?" If Hillary follows the corrupt system of San Fransicko, how many sex change operations on transsexuals will taxpayers fund, again, in the name of civil rights? Her presidential bid has disaster written all over it, and I'm just getting started with the endless possibilities of potential, realistic catastrophes that may result in her victory for moral and economic decay.

You went from talking about healthcare to ranting about multiculturalism to "scare" all the suburban white people with racist and homophobic stereotypes. For shame.

If someone wants a sex change, tell them not to dig into my pocket. Why is that such a difficult concept?

I'm not opposed to anyone who wishes to carry on their cultural traditions as long as they abide by the law. But yes, English should be our official language. I don't care what Hillary thinks. I'm also opposed to those who get lenient sentences because they are ignorant of the law. The whole "cultural circumstances" has no place in our court system. Ignorance is not a defense.

If some old fart wants Viagra, tell them not to dig into my pocket. If some fat ass need diabetes medication, tell them to stop eating sugar and exercise and not dig into my pocket.

But that's not what you said. You went right for the two issues that fires up the fundie base: racial minorities and homosexuals. That's not an accident.

You don't even know what Hillary thinks. You're merely looking at her gender and her political party, and making sweeping stereotypes from there.

If you want English to be the official language, why hasn't your Republican President and Republican Congress enacted it? Because even they aren't interested in this far-right nonsense.

So how often do you speak Spanish in Ohio?

And when does this "cultural circumstances" hoopla ever come into play? Because the statistics say that whites get the "lenient sentences," while racial minorities get stiffer sentences, on average, for the same crimes.

Minorities who pay taxes and speak English, welcome aboard. "Homosexuals" getting sex changes with taxpayer money? I don't think so.

To correct your prejudices...

"Homosexuals" aren't interested in sex changes. The "transgendered" are. Secondly, has Hillary Clinton come out in support of sex changes at taxpayer expenses? If so, please give me a direct quote from a mainstream source. No, publications from fundamentalist Christian or neo-Nazi websites don't count. I'll even let you give me a quote from FOX News, because they are within the mainstream, even if with a right-wing slant.

You're making a big stink over nothing. NOTHING. And all you've done is air out all your bigotry in the open.

No, I know what Hillary thinks. Her solution to everything is to dig in your pocket. Watch and observe.

Because unfortunately politicians, even right-wing bootlickers, want the illegal alien vote. Tell me you haven't noticed that. On a similar note, at this rate Bush will spend $80 billion in taxpayer money, more than 5 times his pledge to Africa, to aid illegal aliens.

About as much as I'd like to.

I quoted "homosexuals" to go along with your accusation, which had nothing to do with anything. Has Hillary supported tax-funded sex changes? Not to my knowledge, but every supporter of the act in San Fran was a Democrat. Neo-nazi? You're showing signs of insanity.

I am opposed to making English our official language. We don't need an official language. If this were enacted, it'd be a slap in the faces of Hispanics everywhere. My sister is married to a man of Mexican heritage, so I'm touchy about this.

:blahblah:

You made the accusations. Now pony up with the evidence. As it stands, "I know what Hillary thinks" and "watch and observe" are not evidence. The Clinton Administration actually lowered taxes and restructured the national debt, while the Bush Administration lowered taxes and borrowed tons of money mostly from Japan and China to pay for his debt. So who is worse?

Because unfortunately politicians, even right-wing bootlickers, want the illegal alien vote. Tell me you haven't noticed that. On a similar note, at this rate Bush will spend $80 billion in taxpayer money, more than 5 times his pledge to Africa, to aid illegal aliens.

"Illegal aliens" cannot vote. The Hispanic community that does vote is here legally. If you have conclusive proof of illegal aliens voting, I'd suggest reporting it to the FBI, and, for good measure, simultaneously reporting it to the local news to get their attention. But talking out of your ass won't do you any good with either.

About as much as I'd like to.

In other words, you speak English. So why are you complaining over something that's a non-issue?

Melon

This whole thing is bullshit because nobody knows what Hillary thinks for one simple reason... HILLARY doesn't know what Hillary thinks. All she thinks is whatever the polls say she should think.

That is why i shudder at the thought of her being elected president. Not out of fear of her interjecting some far-left agenda. I have no fear of that, because America right now is very much in the middle... and one thing the Clinton's have always been good at is staying on the fence... despite my dislike of them both.

It's a non-issue because politicians make it a non-issue. They don't have the guts to establish national identity.

What "act"? Was this a bill presented to Congress? Did Hillary Clinton express support for this supposed "act"? After all, the point of this thread was to smear her.

Neo-nazi? You're showing signs of insanity.

Sorry, bub. You're talking to someone who has actually studied media for a living. Are you aware where all these comments originated from? From the likes of white nationalist/white supremacist organizations. Where it gets problematic is when more "mainstream" right-wing organizations like AM talk radio and religious denominations start reciting this shit like it's gospel. I'm surprised that you didn't throw in "Mexifornia" in with "San Fransicko." It doesn't change the fact that it's patently false, and it doesn't change the fact that it has come from neo-Nazi organizations. And if you truly believe it, you are now no better than David Duke or the KKK. You had better get your head examined and evaluate your conscience before you get consumed by this shit. Jesus would not approve.

Should I have refered them as "undocumented workers?" Fine. The Columbus Dispatch reported that "undocumented worker" Nuradin Abdi-the suspected shopping mall bomb plotter from Somalia- was registered to vote in Ohio.

Some who support freedom of speech so strongly have so many issues with a little sarcasm. Have a nice day.

Newsflash: your ancestry is from Europe. You're a cultural immigrant too, so what gives you the right to determine America's "national identity"? You've probably only been on this planet 20 some years, and you act like you own the place.

And 100 years ago, all the WASPy elements of society were horrified over all the European immigrants entering America. They didn't know English. They were poorly educated working only shitty jobs that no one else wanted, and you know what? Until the day these first generation immigrants died, they still knew very little and mostly broken English. Their children and grandchildren were the ones who assimilated into America, and the same will happen with Mexican immigrants, legal or illegal, right now. In fact, it's already happening: the parents might have a poor grasp of English, but the children are growing up to know it fluently.

Like I said, this is much ado about absolutely nothing. The language of business is English, and every successful Hispanic business in this country speaks English. And maybe Spanish too, but there's no shortage of English knowledge.

What "act" are you talking about? Gay marriage? If so, that has nothing whatsoever to do w/ transexuals or whatever the heck that is you're talking about..

What is the big issue w/ speaking Spanish or any other language? Why should that even be an issue? National identity? I think our national identity used to stand for respecting the cultures of all people who live in our supposed "melting pot". There are so many people in this country who don't/can't speak English who are superior citizens and human beings to those of us who can. Speaking English has nothing to do w/ identity, national or otherwise.

That entire article, whoever wrote it, just smacks of paranoia and bigoted attitudes.

(Btw there are people in my family who have diabetes and who don't have their supplies, etc. covered - they didn't get diabetes from being "fat asses"- it was an inherited genetic condition, they weren't overweight at all.. That's a stereotype too)
