If you could make any law that would immediately take effect and rule the galaxy......

What would that law be?

Drivers should have their headlights on at all time, not just when it's dark. Not the most groundbreaking law I admit, but it's been bothering me for years.

If you try to make a turn without using your turn signal, the car will just shut off.

I'd make a law that every town had to have at least one store that sold milk not more than a quarter of a mile apart.
