I was just watching an Edwards rally on C-SPAN, falling in love all over again for Edwards (as I do anytime I see him speak) and then he gave a line on Viagra ads that just made me lose it...

"When you watch those ads you think that you and your spouse will be holding hands skipping through the fields"

I just about DIED. Some of y'all know how much in love I am with that man and when he said that I went nuts. TOO FUNNY!!!

Now that's funny. I love it when politicians have a sense of humor. Alabama had a Senator, Howell Heflin, a conservative Democrat, who was funny as hell. He told hilarious joke stories about politicians not being able to get past St. Peter at the pearly gates. I used to love reading his jokes in the newspapers and seeing them on TV. They were really entertaining.
