No, there was a huge controversy over polygamy in the nineteenth century when the original Mormons wanted to practice it, and the Supreme Court wouldn't allow it.

I've heard from a few places that the Mormon church's official stance is not in support of polygamy. I think it goes that a few of it's members think it should be so, but officially and to some extent in the wider group, it is still not given a real thumbs up.

Either it should be legal for all or illegal for all.. which is exactly unlike here

personally speaking i am not against polygamy - let the ones that do it enjoy or suffer but situation might become a bit complex in society.

the condition should be
1) if it is for all people
2) if it is for all sexes

and other related clauses etc
