Ever since he caved into California's established special interest groups after the special election, I'd agree on the idiot part.

Don't forget the workers' comp "reform" that's resulting in people not getting the medical care they need, or how he tried to take police orphans' benefits, or how nurses, firefighters and teachers were responsible for budget problems, or how he yammered on about "living within our means" and now there are bond issues coming out of every orifice to pay for stuff that we really need and Davis was busted for trying to finance.
