Gore to campaign for Kerry in Florida

I think it's cool. He'll energize the Democratic voters. OK, he's not the most exciting campaigner. But he's got a damn good resume. Voter registration here in Alabama is going through the roof, breaking all of the records. While I am not crazy enough to think Kerry has a chance in hell of carrying my state, if this is the pattern in other states it's good for Kerry.

My opinion of post-2000 Al Gore could not be much higher. Incidentally, my opinion of pre-2000 Gore is pretty high, too. God knows what happened to the guy during that one year.

i think this move of letting al gore associate w/the kerry campagn will expidte kerry's un doing.

I don't think an association with Gore will hurt Kerry. I don't suppose many Bush supporters like Gore in the first place, so maybe it does look good to you guys. I'll just say that it doesn't bother me.
