Couple of the year 2006: Bono and Merkel

Our estimated lead singer thinks its time to schmooze Merkel to spend 0.7% of Germany´s budget for, you know what, poverty reduction.

Mind you not NOW... we have time until 2015.

Another prize for Bono, another (this time German conservative, last time it was a liberal Canadian) politician who´s going to disappoint him?

I suppose he goes where he knows there are money and where the public opinion can raise the voice and the attention on global issues.

At times I think Bush, Blair and Merkel are laughing their ass off.

Who said he´d be the biggest pain in the.. if..?

All I see of Bono is schmooze.
