This really is a morbid thread. I'd like to go like my great grandfather did. He fell asleep in the front pew of his church and never woke up. Sounds like the best way/place to go to me.?

Seriously though, I think I'd like to die in my sleep, right after having a goodbye conversation with my soulmate, whoever that might be.

I think the BEST WAY to die is to KNOW that you ARE GOING TO HEAVEN, and that you've changed the world for the better, touching people's lives and bringing them to know Christ, their true and only saviour.
I'd say THAT would be the best way to die.
Anyone think differently?
