Howdy all, just thought that I would let you all know that I went to my first Anzac Day parade/march in a very long time yesterday and it was just great. I went as one of my best friend's son was in the parade as he does air force cadets and to our surprise when we got to the main street of Nambour, he was right up at the front of the parade, just behind the light horse men on their horses, holding the Australian flag. It was great to go to a parade, something I should do more often, it was sad when they played the last post and were laying the wreaths around the war memorial, but all in all it was very moving
