After the whole Enron debacle is settled and guilty parties are identified, will Anderson's insurance be enought to cover a jury's fiscal punishment? After the insurance is depleted, will the partners' capital accounts be next? That would put an end to Mr. Anderson's 90 year old firm.

Anderson is fucked.

No question about it. Their reputation is GONE and they have Bad News written all over them. The Department of Justice and Congress are going to reveal every dirty little secret about them.

No one will want to associate with them in the future.

I feel bad for the legions of innocent employees who are gonna pay for the executive's mistakes. The same executives who will probably find some way to cash out, just like their buddies at Enron.
