Another question that I ponder sometimes to myself is. Why in this god-forsaken world does Bono become such an easy target?

You're not alone-I've always been curious about that, too. The things Bono does (or supposedly does) and says aren't all that different from what people who are generally admired by the public have done and said, so I'm not really sure why people treat it otherwise.
