Oh I get it, but it's a pointless cause in comparisan to equal pay for women. I've said that all along.BonoVoxSupastar said:You really don't get any of this do you?

Nothing's pointless when it comes to the equality among the sexes.

His argument seemed to be that women's breasts might incite men to harass or molest the offending 34Cs and their owner. That indeed would be a terrible consequence, but I propose that the burden of fault would then lay with the attacker, not the attacked.
I honestly think that it won't desexualize female breasts.Do Miss America said:Do you honestly think because of this we'll walk around topless? When you go to school, restaurants, or the mall how many topless men do you see?
You mean become openly mindless? No thanks.Do Miss America said:Open you mind!!!
Yeah, that's not the point. Just like eyes haven't lost their sexuality, or a pretty smile, or a cute butt in jeans.Macfistowannabe said:I honestly think that it won't desexualize female breasts.

Actually, I was argued that I was conditioned to find them sexual. It's like trying to lose your accent, I don't think I could be as faithful as I desire to be to the woman I love if this became acceptable.Do Miss America said:Yeah, that's not the point. No, I get your point that you think it's grossly unfair. Me, I don't care for seeing the top free guys, so if anything, I'd be fine with making that illegal as profound as it might sound. Hey, you want equality somehow, don't you?Do Miss America said:So yeah, you haven't gotten the point yet.
Me too. I'm glad I'm not her, because then I'd have to deal with me.Do Miss America said:I feel sorry for any woman you're with.

That's a bit rude...look at this thread, the women in here do feel that this is a cause worth defending. Either both guys and girls can be free to be topless if they wish, or both guys and girls should cover up in public, because it's just utterly stupid that females get punished if their chests show, but guys can walk around scot-free. Both sexes have nipples. Both sexes have chests. The only difference lies in how they're formed, which isn't either sex's fault, that's just how the body came to be. I don't see why our difference in body shape makes our bodies worth hiding and guys' bodies not worth hiding.
Well, that's your situation to deal with, it's not our fault that your feelings toward the girl you love could change if this became acceptable. Besides that, what if a girl out there said the same thing you just did, only about guys. Would you support making guys cover up as a result of that statement?
