This is a really interesting part of the Clinton email release. It won't have any impact on this election cycle. It's Chelsea writing to Bill and Hillary about the Haitian earthquake.

This thread has been kind of stale for the past week so I figure I'll kick start with a question. We can revisit the answers later to see who was Nostradamus of the Election Cycle.
What is your bold prediction about what will unfold in the 2016 Election Cycle? Primaries and beyond. . . |

as someone that has been following elections closely for at least 35 years I will say this is unlike any other election cycle.
at this point I will say the most likely GOP nominee is: 1. Trump 2. not Trump slight edge to no.1 Democratic nominee is: 1. Hillary 2. probably Hillary |

1.) My bold prediction is that Hillary will suspend her campaign around Thanksgiving after being dealt a criminal indictment for mishandling classified information. There is enough of a feud between Obama and the Clintons (esp Bill) for Obama to greenlight the DOJ to pursue criminal charges. I think Obama doesn't want his legacy to be handed over Hillary with Bill meddling in the background as First Gentleman. Her negatives will continue to rise, super-delegates will waffle, and polling will show her getting beat by any number of GOP candidates. Reality will set in for her.
2.) At this point Biden will get in the race as the new standard-bearer for the Democratic Establishment but will struggle in his head-to-head race with Sanders. 3.) Rumblings of Draft Warren will pick up steam as a bridge candidate between grassroots and establishment. Team Biden will float a trial balloon through surrogates that he will pick Warren as VP. 4.) Sanders will win the Iowa Caucus. |

It seems that Scott Walker is shining a little less brightly (that "wall between us and Canada" story didn't help) as The One Who Actually Has a Shot. (remember when people were talking about that?)
This pleases me. |

I just don't think Sanders would be the nominee, though i could see him on a ticket with Hillary (sounds strange doesn't it?). If Joe runs then i agree with Warren as the VP pick. Trump may be the GOP nominee...though Carson is gaining and has stronger favorbility ratings. Perry, Ass Juice, and the rest of the guys polling below 1% are probably going to drop out soon i would imagine. Then again i might be full of doo doo |

I thought Perry dropped out weeks ago, when he was out of money?
Hell, I just figured most of them had dropped out, since all we've heard about has been Melted Butter Statue Trump and Scott "let's put a wall between America and America's Hat" Walker. |

Interesting reddit thread here (off topic from our predictions)
https://www.reddit.com/r/AskReddit/c...itnessing_the/ Basically how the European countries are dealing with the migrant/refugee crisis. Sounds like the outcry eclipses our Anti-immigration sentiments here in the US. |

Scott Walker is a doofus and he has robot eyes, i suspect his bald spot is where the aliens sucked his brain out when they abducted him, and implanted the Koch machine. |

![]() You'd think he'd want to take care of that before he hit the trail. Scott, they have hair transplants ya know. I once had a bald spot like that from catching ringworm from my peewee football helmet in 4th grade |

I didn't read the whole thing, just because well it's Reddit, but I didn't really see an outcry that "eclipses" our anti-immigration sentiments. Sent from my iPhone using U2 Interference |

2016 US Presidential Election Pt. II
Bold Prediction: Rubio wins the Republican nomination.
Trump has to deal with some kind of sexual assault type allegations that will plague his campaign. Chris Christie eats at least 4 of the other Republican candidates. Sent from my iPhone using U2 Interference |

For one we don't set fire to houses where illegal immigrants live. We don't organize mobs to beat them up. It is far more extreme.
