This is amusing, because Ramen is probably the single worst food you could possibly eat. The carbs in Ramen will provide the exact same, or higher, insulin rush as straight table sugar. There is a ridiculous amount of salt in it. The fat in Ramen noodles is trans fat, which has been discovered to be really, really bad for you in dozens of different ways:
