I got a new bottle of olives Saturday. My dad picked it up for me as I wasn't able to drive. So now a great big olive jar is sitting in my fridge!

I don't like olives but I love a good olive oil. Can't wait to go see my parents this weekend - my Mom recently bought the most amazing bottle in Italy.

I love the oil cured olives, we call them shrunken heads. Really doesn't get better than that. What kind of olives are you diggin on?
