could you pick an object? in my last year of art in high school, i ran with this jelly babies theme. everything i did incorporated jelly babies somehow. i focused on surrealist style, so it was easy. my major work ended up being a surreal take on this landscape by an aussie artist called kevin connor (he's a little bit more than crap, though) where i had these french doors opening up onto a beach, and the verandah and beach had jelly babies with ants swarming everywhere. it was handy at the time because i was then free to include as many artists and influences as i liked and in whatever manner i thought could fit. i used everyone from magritte to drysdale.
