ooh that's right! i saw personalized tags here that must've been a U2 fan! i say that because they were ZOOELEV8. i think it was actually zo (cuz i doubt there'd be room for eight characters) but regardless, how could that not be a U2 fan? a mail truck around here (it's someone who delivers mail but occasionally uses their own truck) has CRZ4U2. they must be a fan. they live like a block away, maybe i should ask!

2. Yes, the guy that bought my old car got new plates assigned and gave me back my personalized plates I am just waiting for damn DMV to send me my registration so that I can go put the plates on my new car (got it from a dealer).
