speaking of food issues, i just opened our fridge and noticed a rather unpleasant scent. i opened the fridge drawer thingy and found french onion dip and dill dip from march and tuna salad from august 15. i actually started to dry heave in the kitchen. it was so embarrassing.

i've never wandered into it's official before. i never knew what i was missing.

as for your banana problem, when mine won't ripen, i freeze 'em overnight and then thaw 'em the next morning. that seems to ripen em up fast (though they don't last too long after that i'm sorry to say)

on the plus side, overripe bananas are great to make smoothies with!
