I have often heard lately "...donkeys are good for the soul". Unlike others in the equine family, if you go out in a pasture of donkeys, you will quickly be surrounded by them, rubbing up against your legs, begging for attention. Their owner's love is very important to them. If you chose to ignore them, they'll let you know their dissatisfaction by grabbing your pants leg in their mouth and pulling.

i don't know my neighbours either. there's one guy next door who's in my lit class, and i'd assume he likes rancid based on his shirt, but he's got a paper on his door talking about how great he thinks tom jones is...so i kind of stay away...

I don't know the people in my building either. I think there's a girl in the flat across the hall who's either American or Canadian, but I've only seen her once.
