I'm allergic to these things also, and have to get allergy shots.

The average mattress can have up to 2 million dust mites living on it, and studies have shown that up to 25% of the weight of an old pillow can be made up of dust mites. The dust mite's fecal pellets are easily made airborne, and are highly allergenic. Some symptoms of Dust Mite Allergy can be year-round itchy and wattery eyes, skin problems, itching, wheezing or sneezing. The best solution to a dust mite allergy is to encase the mattress and pillow using specially designed covers.

Guess dust mites don't like those covers..how are they specially designed....can you get any with U2 logos on them?
