Do you mean who created the Mini Mammoth?
It was made by Jay and the Doctor on Triple J (the radio station in Australia.)
They were talking about designer animals one morning, and kinda got obsessed with the idea of a guinea pig sized Mini Mammoth that could help out in office settings, doing things like vacuuming and dusting.
Anyway, after a day or two of talk, one of them tried to make Mini Mammoth 'real' by making a Wikipedia entry about him. Unfortunately, it was promptly deleted.
But now Mini Mammoth has his own myspace space, and he has over 1000 friends.
