Really Salami ... i think I agree with just about everything in this thread. Except for any of the Creed loving posts ... I definitely disagree with those posts.

So you have one of the above?
 
According to Google, I think one uses Zithromax mainly when one has the Lyme disease.

It could also be acne though...
Lyme and Creed, that's too much to digest.
Combined with acne it's something you wouldn't even wish upon your worst enemy.
