IO: I'm confused

alright....so this may be a bit of IO and a bit of confessions, either way I'm sorry if I've posted in the wrong spot.

But I'm Officially confused!!!!!!! I started this new job a few weeks back, as an office manager for a medical office. this one doc is so paticular about stuff. The blinds---I opened them the "wrong" way one day.....the cups for the water.....now the cd player......what in the world am I doing wrong????? Or why am I doing all these minor things wrong??????!!!!

Tell him to quit his whining and deal with it. Say, "That's life, baby!!!!!!!!"

Really draw out the word "baby" when you say it too, it will be funnier. Like, "That's life, baaaaay-BEEEEEEEEEE!" Feel free to add a hand movement or a quick little dance. Very quick though, you don't want to ruin the moment.

In all seriousness, whenever you start a new job, there are big and little things you will have to learn how to do. Don't make anyone feel incompetent because you opened the blinds wrong. How could you know you opened them wrong if no one told you the correct way.
