I just got my notice in the mail and it says to pay 'bail' of $110 OR 'bail' of $10 with proof of correction.

That sounds like I could have just paid the $110 and kept my windows tinted

Of course, non-procrastinator that I am went ahead and got the tint removed before I even got the notice.

Yeah but even if you had paid the higher amount and kept the tinting, I think another cop could still pull you over at some point and write you another ticket

you can always get it tinted again, just make sure the place doesn't tint it all illegally. why do people have to stare at other people anyway? the only time i look at someone is when they fuck with me, like when they try to cut me off or some shit. and that's only cuz i'm flipping them off. otherwise, i'm too busy making sure there's no cops around and singing. oh, and looking at the road of course.

Is it just the front side windows, or all side windows? I thought you could tint the windows for the read seats.
