Nah, the interview lady says they're 2 years into the tour and Australia is about to be "U2'd"

This interview was done before the Sydney shows.

The lyrical idea came about during the ZOOTV tour, work on the song started during the Zooropa sessions, which were also done during the ZOOTV tour. So I guess technically yeah, work for the song was done during the Zooroopa sessions.
