1st U2 album obtained was Rattle and Hum in 89, but it belonged to my aunt so I had it for only a month. That was first introduction to U2. I was only 12 so I wasn't really into them at the time, but I liked Pride and Helter Skelter.

1st real U2 album that I bought was Achtung Baby from Columbia House in 1992.

2nd U2 album was Under a Blood Red Sky Live in 1992. I got it at K-Mart and it came in the long box! Remember those?

3rd was Rattle and Hum because I thought it had Bad on it, but I was wrong. This was in 1993.

4th was The Unforgettable Fire because I thought the version of Bad on that album was the same as the live version. I was wrong.

5th was Wideawake in America I got for my 16th birthday in July of 93. The version of Bad was sort of appealing.

6th 7th and 8th was Boy, October and War all purchased on the same day in the summer of 93 after saving up money from recyling cans.

9th was Zooropa that summer as well after it came out.

I never did buy Passengers. But I did buy the Batman Forever single for HMTMKMKM.

10th Was Pop in the fall of 97 it was?

11 was ATYCLB and you see where this is going.

I was in the store, there was best of 1980-90, ATYCLB, and Joshua Tree, (probably more, but this particular display I saw was for the current album at the time, but had a few copies of JT and the best of).

Never bought Boy or October, but have listened to them from other sources.

A friend played Under a Blood Red Sky to me in 1983.

I rushed out and bought both UABRS and War the next day. The following week I bought Boy & October.

Have been first in line to buy every album since. I even went to midnight releases of Achtung Baby (in England) and Zooropa (in Sydney).
