will Bono ever play a small guitar again?

will Bono ever play small guitars again? He uses that monsterous (but beautiful Gretsch) and the occasional acoustic, but will he ever hold a Strat or Les Paul again like the 80's? (Its not a matter of having changed from the 80's but just having a different sound)
 
I've only seen him use a solid-body electric (which must be what you mean by small guitar) on one song: A Day Without Me. He used a Fender Telecaster I believe.

That is not an ugly guitar, it's beautiful. I'd love to have one like that.

as for the not being able to play guitar, that is Bono's modesty showing through.

He's not a guitar player, or a lead by any means, but he does play competent rythm guitar, on quite a few songs.
