When will the concert DVD be coming out on VHS?!

Well, I want the DVD...but I don't have a DVD player...so I want one of those too...

What are the names of the stores you people find it at? Everywhere I go to or ask they say it isn't out yet but I know it is because some of you saw it or have it. Where is it?
