When We're Young

Yesterday, I went to this record store in NYC , where they had a lot of rare U2 cds. I bought one called When We're Young, which has unreleased songs from 1978-79 including:Street Mission, The Fool and Lost on a distant planet. It also has Be There (unreleased, 1982), Testimony, Sweet fine, Viva Davidoff, and some tracks from the Save the Yuppies concert. So, is this actually rare? When was it released?Just wondering. b/c I have never heard of this CD before. Thanks!
