Well, considering you have the reputation of turning threads all doggy, and since you admit you had lack of sleep, i don't think you can really be trusted to hear anything properly.

When did hippos drive the big cars in the music industry? Back when Notorious B.I.G. was alive?

"You gotta love living, baby, 'cause dyin's a pain in the ass."-- Frank Sinatra

Adam: Look guys, I got a Springfield spoon for my spoon collection.
Edge: Oh boy, here we go...
Bono: Wow, how many is that now Adam?
Adam: Nine. If I didn't have my spoons, I'd go insane.
Bono: Can I see it?
*adam gives bono the spoon, bono throws it away*
Adam: My spoon!

Hmm...no hippos here, but everytime I hear Stuck, I screw up the line--the nights you filled with fireworks...I think it says, the nights you filled with flowers...

duh.

I thought the same thing for the longest. But the funniest "misheard lyric" I've heard was someone from this forum heard in Stay: "You used to stay up, to watch the aardvarks"

I was playing a hunting game the other day, and on the safari expedition I ran across a hippo, which of course I shot. It wasn't driving a big car, or any car for that matter.

No wait, on this website for all these misheard lyrics I read that for Sunday Bloody Sunday, someone thought it was "SOMEDAY, BUDDY, SOMEDAY" BWWAAAAAHAAAAHAAAAA.

I just about died when I read that, it's hilarious!

But aardvarks?? Where can you stay up to watch aardvarks?

That is really too funny. I am at work and I just laughed myself into tears and coworkers think I am crazy.

The other one that struck me as hysterical from a while ago was the line that someone heard during Beautiful Day:

"It's a Beautiful day....
Sky full of felines
It's a beautiful day...."

instead of "the sky falls and you feel like it's a beautiful day..."

that one also reduced me to tears laughing. Keep 'em coming!

It's fun!
I once misheard "Firestarter" by Prodigy. I thought he was singing "touristic firestarter" instead of "twisting firestarter".
